I am honored to have received the 2023 AMA Spectrum Award and to have orchestrated a highly successful Media Day at the Lab in 2022. This event reached over 206 million viewers globally and generated approximately $9 million in Advertising Value Equivalent (AVE). I spearheaded the launch of our organization\'s first Communications Department, elevating our organization\'s communication capabilities and assembling a 4-member team specializing in public relations, community outreach, social media, and internal communications. In 2012, I had the privilege of organizing the Medal of Honor Convention, where I successfully hosted 250 high-profile guests. This event garnered 50 media mentions and attracted 30 sponsors.
