Managed EFTR remediations by reporting all wire and electronic fund transfers, both above and below threshold FINTRAC.• Collaborated with various business segments to update client\'s KYC information for FINTRAC reporting by fulfilling RFIs escalated to appropriate teams.• Leveraged tools such as Navaera, CIF/Mainframe, Wealth Desktop, Goldtier and eDocs to investigate requester/beneficiary information and report transactions exceeding Managed case queues in Navaera within 5 business days for FINTRAC EFTR reporting, achieving 98% SLA adherence.• Review and action on STRs and STR trackers returned as exceptions.• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all investigative actions and decisions.• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as bank policies, in handling all obtained materials and information.• Submit, review, and close TDS intermediary wire STR referrals, complete RTC source system scrubs, and document AML advisory decisions on FIU RTC recommendations.• Action requests submitted to the generic mailbox (e.g, complete recall and amend electronic funds transfer requests and handle associated record retention responsibilities).• Collect and analyze information from various sources to assess the suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activities.• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support proposed actions based on investigative findings.• Review and take action on STRs and STR trackers returned as exceptions. Review and close STRs successfully submitted by FINBOT, including TDS intermediary wire STR referrals.• Review and take action on STR Monitoring File Integrity Reports and/or STR Outstanding reports.• Supported EFTR remediation project implementation by coordinating with project teams and conducting software testing on Navaera, successfully identifying and reporting bugs to ensure a smooth transition to production.
