Develop a comprehensive marketing and sales plan to expand revenue opportunities with a focus on steady growth, while enhancing engagement through key career development and event programming opportunities for alumni•Manage a team focused on enhancing business development opportunities and developing programming that reinforces the Alumni Association’s mission•Oversee a comprehensive sales and marketing effort focused on revenue generation opportunities, including travel programs, merchandise, license plate sales, affinity partnerships, horseshoe brick sales and other revenue generators•Identify and develop new sales opportunities that align with the alumni association mission•Develop comprehensive sales and promotion plans and establish scorecard metrics and sales goals•Spearhead the implementation of a new student-alumni mentorship platform and grow platform use•Plan and implement events and develops resources to advance the careers of students and alumni•Plan and execute engaging signature events, including Spurs Up Sprint, Homecoming, Gamecock Sports Preview, SEC Football Tailgates: Home and Gamecocks on the Road tailgate series and Cookies and Cocoa with Cocky •Develop and manage programming and corresponding communication for students to develop their connection to the alumni association, build university traditions and connect students with alumni for networking opportunities •Work closely with campus partners to collaborate on programming, including oversight of spirit pack sales, staffing orientation and supervising graduate student for student programming efforts
