Mental Health (Passionate) Professional.1:1 and Group sessions. Training - I facilitate regulated and accredited training courses that are designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of poor mental health and provide help on a First Aid basis (online and in-person).I am an OFQUAL regulated Trainer for Levels 1, 2 & 3 Mental Health First Aid supervising qualifications (and Scottish equivalent). CNHC & GHR Therapist and ADHD Works Trained in ADHD Coaching - I provide remote and in-person 1:1 therapy and coaching sessions for those aged 15+ adults, offering flexible and diverse persepctive from clinical and holistic theory.
