Over the past 11 years, I had the pleasure of supporting more than a dozen companies grow, become more efficient and delight their customers. I am passionate about seeing the people I work with develop, irrespective of whether they are colleagues or clients.I\'ve worked with market leaders and companies that had not even formally launched. I\'ve helped them structure their approach from the customer\'s point of view, implement short-term fixes and align on the long-term solution. I love leading and being part of teams that build solutions from scratch and scale them. To balance my time at the desk and in the office, I started training for triathlons a couple of years ago.
