ABOUT LUNELL HAUGHT

Lunell works with people in organizations to improve their effectiveness and enjoyment. Her use of a practical, straightforward approach has helped earn her the designation of Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a credential one percent of the management consultants in the USA have attained. She is a conflict management specialist and teaches that subject, Organizational Theory and Development at Gonzaga University’s Masters in Organizational Leadership and Doctoral Program in Leadership Studies programs. President of League of Women Voters of Washington Board of Directors member of Washington Coalition for Open Government Secretary of the Board of Directors, Inland Northwest Trails and Conservation Coalition Articles such as “The New E-Factor” on ethics and “Letting Go Is Hard To Do“ about the difficulty in moving employees out of the company appeared recently in Business Catalyst magazine.
