   I\'ve spent my entire Amazon tenure wearing different hats within the Amazon Music organization. • (20••••16) Served as a single-threaded owner and point-of-contact for an internal Ruby on Rails site, used by our music curators to manage and produce hundreds of playlists and stations for customer consumption • (20••••17) Transitioned to the Music Personalization space, where I implemented proprietary Big Data algorithms to generate personalized user content • (20••••18) Helped in the architecting of a new stack for runtime Music Voice Experience generation so as to multiply the speed with which we produce new Alexa Music recommendation strategies. • Built our first in house voice recommender widget using the above framework • (20••••19) Collaborated to design and architect a new conversational UX paradigm for Alexa Music • (2019) Lead the engineering for a project to build a new, multi-turn conversational experience for onboarding new customers to Amazon Music on Alexa. Succeeded in improving \"stickiness\" across multiple metrics • (2020) Worked within the Amazon Music Core Services org to build a new suite of microservices entirely within AWS for managing customer queue playback • (2021) Returned to the Music Voice Experience team, where I\'ve worked to design and implement the next phase of our service contract and gateway architecture. Our remit is to vend refined, personalized music entity recommendations for all permutations of customer voice requests • (2016 - Present) Served as an internal Security Certifier for Amazon.
