o Supervise the full lifecycle recruitment process for Canadian and US job requisitions, and all openings in the province of Quebec. o Different level hiring from Graduate to Director hires, technical (Big data, cloud, AI, Iot, SW development) and non-technical (sales, finance, HR, marketing) o Builds and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers across the United States and Canada; develops relationships with key decision-makers (in HR & the Business). o Drives and supervises the achievement of the hiring targets for the sub-region, including the time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction. o Passive sourcing: LinkedIn, Monster, Career Builder and many other candidates’ databases. o Manages the beginning to end staffing process within the sub-region; implements sourcing strategies, screens candidates, provides a shortlist of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, conducts salary negotiations, issues background checks, facilitates relocation, etc. o Build attractive, value laden job descriptions based on a thorough understanding of the technical and cultural requirements, as well as key business drivers. o Acts as trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy. o Establishes relationships with vendors and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to meet the needs of the staffing plan. o Manage employees’ international transfers to Canada. o Actively involved in the Mentorship Program
