Lead a team of expert consultants that partner with healthcare organizations on their Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle optimization/ implementation initiatives. We strive to help clinicians deliver the best care by improving their configuration and workflows, and to help patients get closer to seamless experience by accessing that care. We collaborate with hospitals and health systems to enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes. We have successfully led 500+ go live conversions across 100+ specialties. We continue to empower clients by translating EHR data into actionable insights and delivering measurable outcomes. We lead discussions with hospital IT leadership to ensure their imperatives are met. These priorities range from successful EHR optimization for various specialties, to new hospital implementations or staff augmentation for their IT team. My goal is to work in conjunction with the IT and Operations stakeholders and ensure the CIO, CMO and CNO are all aligned toward a singular goal. We have been successful in improving continuity of care by 10X, enhancing admission workflow by 8X and reducing time spent on patient chart by 35%.
