With over 18 years of experience in human resources, I\'m a certified HR Consultant who specializes in learning and development solutions. I have designed and delivered various talent management programs, leadership and strategy trainings, digital learning modules and organizational reviews for multiple companies across different sectors and geographies. I\'m an accredited professional coach with PCC credentials. She prioritizes individual development and actively contributes to NGO\'s by volunteering as a coach and mentor, especially for young people.
