About Hatem Zeine

I solve hard product and technology problems by turning deep technical ideas into real systems that ship, scale, and create new market opportunities. My work has spanned software, cloud systems, electronics, and physics-driven innovation, with a consistent focus on removing real-world constraints that limit how products perform and how people use them. At OSSIA, that meant helping develop Cota™, a remote wireless power platform built to eliminate the friction of charging and battery replacement by delivering power automatically over the air. The objective was not to improve charging incrementally, but to remove it as a user task altogether. Earlier, I founded ZEINE Technological Applications to address a major gap in Arabic computing, creating bestselling Arabic office software for Macintosh. That company later evolved into Estarta Solutions, which delivered large-scale turnkey systems to governments, telecommunications operators, and financial institutions across the Middle East. I also work to protect and extend corporate value by converting technical breakthroughs into clear, defensible intellectual property. Across multiple companies and entities, I have filed more than 300 patents, using patent strategy not as paperwork, but as a tool to secure competitive advantage and strengthen enterprise value. I am most effective where breakthrough technology, product strategy, execution, and intellectual property creation must come together to solve meaningful problems and create defensible advantage.
