Leading the development of ML applications for Panevo\'s flagship data products, ioTORQ EMIS and ioTORQ LEAN, alongside various ML services- Successfully contributed to projects worth over $4 million R&D projects to date. Subsequently, conduct client-facing meetings to convey technical findings to diverse audiences- Architect, maintain, and upscale data pipelines and ML models, lead the post-production monitoring and management of machine learning models, ensuring seamless operations through effective MLOps implementation, including re-training and performance tracking- Instrumental in establishing an end-to-end Machine Learning studio for ioTORQ EMIS, enabling users without coding expertise to create, experiment with, and evaluate tailored ML models- Developed data pipelines and sophisticated ML models to construct an anomaly detection framework for a couple of big manufacturing clients across the USA and Canada, proven to provide ~3-8% savings in energy and utility consumptions- Engineered a solution for resource-constrained mixed-integer linear programming (MILP), enhancing production scheduling optimization for manufacturing lines (WIP), leveraging proficiency in LP, IP, and CP methodologies- Applied statistical analysis, A/B testing, and Bayesian statistics for the evaluation of post-production ML models as well as extracting actionable insights from large sets of IoT data.
