Hi! I\'m Ayush Bhardwaj, a Senior Software Engineer - Agentic AI at Siemens, NLP Researcher, and Inventor with a deep passion for GenAI, Agentic AI systems, and open-source.🤖 Currently, I\'m building agentic AI systems at Siemens, working at the cutting edge of autonomous AI agents. Previously, I worked with Meta\'s research team on the AudioSeal project during my MLH Fellowship, enhancing audio processing for better privacy and quality. As a former Co-founder and CTO of a stealth AI startup, I led technical development of agentic AI and automation platforms, building AI systems from zero to production.🧑 I\'m an active open-source maintainer and participated in Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2019 & 2020 as a student, working on FOSSology, and continued as a GSoC Mentor to help aspiring developers contribute to open-source projects.🦉 As the co-founder of HypnOS, I led teams through 20+ hackathons over 4+ years, including NASA Space Apps and Smart India Hackathon, developing solutions that tackle important social issues. As an inventor, I hold three patents- Drishti-Pay: A secure payment system for the visually impaired- Rodasi: An AI-powered tool for calculating environmental greenery- E-ShramikCV: A digital identity platform for unorganized sector workers I have over 2.5 years of experience as a Software Performance Engineer at ZS Associates, specializing in data analysis, performance optimization, and ETL tools to build scalable solutions. Currently doing a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, with expertise in machine learning, AI, and data science. I previously earned my B.Tech from Amity University, graduating as a Silver Medalist 🥈.
