Includes company-wide presentations, train-the-trainers, benefit guide creation & education, and designing HRIS enrollment job aids. •Manage and implement health & welfare and retirement vendors to ensure best in class customer service in administering the company’s benefits plans as set out in our plan documents. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, HSA/FSA, 401(k), Navigation of Care services, COBRA,+more. •Manage partners in administering benefits processes. Includes oversight of scheduled processes, ongoing review of process documents to identify opportunities for efficiency and consistency in administration, audit of completed work and records to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. •Ensure all vendor support systems and integrations are operating properly mitigating errors and service issues or discrepancies. •Ensure data integrity related to the health & welfare and retirement plans including accuracy of vendor files and payroll deductions, collection of premiums and integration between systems both internal and external through establishing, coordinating and conducting ongoing audits. •Confirm compliance with provisions of ERISA. Supervise preparation of reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as internal revenue service, department of labor, insurance commissioners, and other regulatory agencies. •Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws pertaining to benefits and reports necessary or suggested changes to management. •Manage retirement plan administration. Includes annual defined contribution audits, Form 5500 filing, and non-discrimination testing (NDT). •Manage all billing for all health & welfare vendors, as well as weekly 401(k) contribution/loans funding, using vlookup, pivot tables, etc.
