Compliance Monitoring programme (Safeguarding/Compliance Regulations/AML/CTF/GDPR) · Management of staff training material and ensure that all staff have completed their training · Management of Compliance Risk and Governance policies and procedures. Which includes reviewing updating and creating new policies and procedures · Monitoring the regulatory landscape for developments that could impact Freemarket. Such developments include new regulations, recently passed legislation, and updated regulatory guidance issued by countries and regulatory bodies · Working closely with the product teams to build a product that delivers a great user experience whilst also ensuring we meet regulatory requirements and deliver good outcomes for customers/markets · Ensuring risk management processes for payment services products are robust and occur in a timely manner Identifying regulatory challenges and changes relating to payment services products to ensure these are addressed/implemented in good time
