I have varied IT experiences from Request Management, Incident and Problem Management, Web Services, Retail and Consumer Technology and have established a Computer Sales, Repair and Web Design company – Hans Multimedia catering to the Metro Atlanta commercial and residential clients. I worked for Apple providing Tech Solutions and Security on IOS devices. I later joined Omnilink / Numerex and did multiple roles from Application Support, QA, NOC Team Lead and Infrastructure Sys Admin.
