Lead a team of five (5) WFIP resources responsible for submitting Change Requests, Work Orders and Work Requests during disaster recovery exercise. Lead and managed ServiceNow implementation for the Backup Recovery & Validation Testing (BRVT) Initiative under Technology Infrastructure. Ensure assigned initiatives are running effectively, deliverables are met, within requirement, address issues/concerns and timely communications back to Leadership. Contribute to the formulation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services and business resumption in the event of a disaster. Work with application teams to evaluate information systems and business process controls to address audit remediating gaps. Partner with subject matter experts from data corruption, cyber resiliency, cloud enablement, data center, infrastructure, and continuity & disaster recovery testing strategies to define technology resiliency monitoring and reporting.
