ABOUT HASSAN ALI

I have a strong background working within the NHS where I supported process improvement, stakeholder engagement, contract management and the rollout of EPR systems such as Cerner, EMIS and Meditech. I focused on understanding clinical and operational workflows, improving efficiency and helping teams adapt to digital transformation.While working in healthcare I started a commercial cleaning company in the UK as a small part time venture. It grew quickly through consistent service and structured systems, which led me to expand further and open a second cleaning company in Dubai. I now manage more than thirty staff across both countries and oversee operations, sales, recruitment, customer experience and day to day business performance.Alongside running my companies I also work as a business consultant. I take on private clients and help them identify the real issues holding their business back. I break down their operations, analyse performance, find gaps, and put in place clear strategies to streamline processes, increase productivity and drive sales growth. My approach combines analytical skills from the NHS with hands on entrepreneurial experience from managing multiple businesses.I am also a growing property investor in Dubai. I currently buy off plan properties and I am now exploring opportunities in the secondary market as well as refurbishing and flipping properties in the near future.I am passionate about building efficient systems, solving problems and helping businesses grow in a structured and sustainable way.
