As a Program Manager at Zomato, I engage in UX strategies and enhance the user experience for the online food delivery platform. I also lead the platform level logistics optimization, ensuring efficiency and quality in the delivery process. I have been working at Zomato for over two years, starting as a Senior Associate Analyst for Grid Management and then becoming a Team Lead Manager for Online Ordering Changes. My core competencies include critical thinking, logistics optimization, and strategic planning.In my current and previous roles at Zomato, I have been leading and collaborating with teams who are responsible for worldwide online ordering changes, such as onboarding or deboarding restaurants, keeping the KPIs on track, automating the process, and handling country level operations. I have also been analyzing and maintaining the country level KPIs, keeping a track on UX and merchant experience, and identifying and solving problems. I am passionate about creating value for the customers, the merchants, and the company, and I always strive to learn and grow in the fast-paced and dynamic environment.    Own end-to-end last-mile operations for Noon Minutes across Dubai, managing city-wide performance and service levels. Drive daily and weekly governance on OTD, cancellations, rider utilization, and customer experience metrics. Lead cross-functional execution with operations, fleet, tech, and vendor partners to ensure SLA adherence. Implement SOPs and operational controls to reduce delivery delays and operational leakages. Act as the single-threaded owner for Dubai last-mile performance, supporting rapid scale and peak demand readiness.
