With overall 21 years in R&D field, dedicated 10 year in R&D hands-on technical/design experience & 11 years as program/projects manager, I have successfully managed complex & new technology projects from concept to series production involving different product lines and local/remote sites teams with direct automotive OEMs interface in Asia, Europe and North AmericaI have also developed my academic project/program management knowledge by obtaining Project Management Professional, PMP certificate, additional program management training course, Agile Practitioner certificate ACP and other management courses. One of my competencies is the strong technical hands-on experience of the product development life cycle on different platforms including FPGA, DSP, MPU Real time platform-based applications.
