At MINISO, I help lead the store so that everything runs smoothly for both the team and our customers. I assist new team members in adapting to their roles, fostering both confidence and motivation. I also take care of merchandising and stock to keep shelves organized and products available, contributing to weekly sales targets for a store that welcomes over 500 customers every day. What excites me most is helping customers have a positive shopping experience and supporting my teammates so we succeed together.
