   Simmons First National Corporation, Little Rock, AR 2018-present VP & Dir of IT Infrastructure and Operations Proven Leadership: • Designed and implemented a new enterprise level data center • Upgraded the secondary data center with network connectivity enabling data replication for high availability • Decommissioned the old primary data center • Migrated core banking services from on-prem to 4 Jack Henry Associates data centers • Migrated all VMWare servers to IBM Cloud services • Established a Microsoft Products and Services team including hiring the Director, the Management team and Azure technical professionals • Migrated all new development to Azure Cloud services across two Azure regions • Hired and developed a server and database team to support IT services across a multi-cloud environment • Implemented Equinix data center cross connections between on-prem data centers and cloud services • Established a 24x7 NOC as a service including the monitoring and management of ATMs. • Implemented SDWAN and redundant connectivity to 260 sites • Established and IT Operations Center to monitor the performance of IT services in a multi-cloud environment • Migrated the on-prem telephone system to a Teams centric cloud service for telephony
