As a Sr. Scrum Master I have been leading and facilitating scrum teams to deliver large-scale software and web development projects on time and on budget, using agile mindset and scrum framework. I have been collaborating with other scrum masters on the Agile Release Train, ensuring transparency, communication, and quality across the teams and stakeholders.
