With over ten years of experience in design and construction as an Architect and Project Manager, I specialize in creating sustainable, functional, and design-driven spaces tailored to client needs. Design and develop schematic drawings for mixed-use and residential projects- produce working drawings, and construction drawings for permit sets for high rise and mid rise residential projects- create detailed drawings coordinating material specifications with vendors and contractors- create floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed renders for construction- assist senior architects with client presentations and meetings- attend conferences to stay updated with latest materials used in construction and their construction techniques- conduct construction administration by reviewing consultant drawings, shop drawings, submittals and responding to request for information (rfi) from the construction site- conduct regular site visits and document field reports to be distributed to the project team- coordinate with site supervisors and project managers- create and work on punch lists as part of construction administration and ensure proper documentation for building hand over- use revit, excel, autocad and sketch up to produce designs and drawings.
