BEUMER Group India – Delhi Metro\'s Airport Line ( DMRC) & Delhi International Airport (T3) BHS O & MCurrently working on Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Baggage (BHS) and Container Handling System at Delhi Airport Terminal 3 / Container Handling System for DMRC (Sivaji Metro station & New Delhi Metro Station). Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted system performance, customer technical support, and electrical/automation maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Lead O&M support for Baggage Handling Systems (BHS)/ Container Handling System and conveyor automation at Delhi Airport T3 / DMRC Metro Terminals.Provide customer technical support and supervise maintenance teams for 24/7 operations.Troubleshoot and maintain PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley), VFDs, motors, sensors, and electrical panels.Monitor SCADA/HMI systems for performance tracking and real-time fault detection.Plan and schedule maintenance activities using CMMS, and generate reports for clientsExecute preventive & corrective maintenance schedules, reducing downtime.Monitor RSP stock and order spare parts in time to avoid downtime and system delays.Prepare weekly, monthly, and incident reports for clients, tracking system performance and maintenance activities.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions for system reliability.Coordinate with DMRC & Airport operations teams for issue resolution and escalation.Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, ISO & OHSAS compliance.Conduct technical training sessions for operators and technicians.
