ABOUT HASHIR MUJEEB
I’m a trainee pharmacist at Wickford PCN group which comprises of a GP surgery along with Shenfield pharmacy. I was a locum dispenser and vaccinator at Locum Ltd, I apply my pharmacy knowledge and skills to provide safe and efficient services to patients and customers. I am responsible for dispensing prescriptions, generating and editing labels, ordering and receiving items, selling over-the-counter medication, and administering vaccines, among other tasks. I have obtained multiple certificates from the NHS for core Covid vaccinations, flu immunizations, and antimicrobial stewardship for community pharmacy. I was an MPharm student at the University of Wolverhampton, where I perused my passion for pharmacy and learnt from experienced faculty and practitioners. I completed a summer placement at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where I gained valuable insight into the world of hospital pharmacy and participated in various activities, such as ward based pharmacy, clinical trials, governance, medicines information, and more. I am a representative for the Pharmacists\' Defence Association and a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, where I network and advocate for the pharmacy profession.
