For 21 years I’ve built the infrastructure software runs on — developer platforms at IBM, distributed compute at Siemens, promise and logistics optimization at Saks Fifth Avenue, and across Amazon: customer trust systems, high-scale search experiences, managed container infrastructure, and now AI agent pipelines.At Amazon I’ve worked close to the metal — from risk evaluation platforms that protected customer trust, to product systems rendering search results at massive scale, to the infrastructure layer beneath it all. That foundation is what I now bring to AI: I’m leading Amazon’s shift from traditional software delivery to agent-driven development — changing how teams go from intent to working systems.What I’ve learned across all of it: the hardest problem isn’t making AI generate code. It’s making the output trustworthy enough to ship. Most organizations are deploying AI on top of infrastructure never designed for it — and ignoring the enterprise data they already have that could make it reliable.That gap between AI potential and enterprise reality is where I spend my time — professionally and personally. I’m actively building systems that use operational data to make AI agents more predictable, auditable, and safe to trust in production.

   Leading the development of an AI agent layer—delivered through an AI-enabled IDE and hosted workflows—that helps builders translate intent into specifications and working code with fewer manual steps. I lead a team of engineers and scientists across agent orchestration, MCP-based toolchains, platform integration points, and the developer experience that ties it together. We run structured experiments—grounded in organizational expertise (patterns, conventions, and past decisions)—to steadily improve specification and code accuracy over time.
