As a Service Technician at Tesla, I apply my technical expertise and problem-solving skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain electric vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. I work with a team of skilled technicians, engineers, and managers, collaborating effectively to deliver high-quality service and support. I hold a Master\'s degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, where I gained a solid foundation in engineering principles and a keen interest in the automotive industry. I completed several hands-on projects, involving data analysis, simulation, and testing of various vehicle components and systems. Before joining Tesla, I worked as a Trainee Assistant Manager and a Customer Advisor at Boots UK, a leading retail pharmacy chain. There, I developed my customer-focused communication abilities, leadership skills, and time management techniques. I supervised and trained a team of retail associates, elevated customer service standards, and ensured smooth store operations. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my skills, as evidenced by my completion of a Data Science Orientation course on Coursera. I am eager to contribute to innovative engineering projects that make a positive impact on the environment and society.
