Drive safe, cost-effective, and customer-focused equipment designs in 2D/3D, ensuring manufacturability, robustness, and on-time delivery.• Partner with design and manufacturing teams to turn concepts into production-ready solutions, including new product development initiatives.• Create, review, and approve assembly/machining drawings, BOMs, and engineering specifications, streamlining documentation for accuracy and compliance.• Redesign components and assemblies to boost performance, reduce costs, and support innovative product launches.• Conduct advanced flow simulations to evaluate valve capacity, pressure drop, and other critical performance parameters, enhancing design efficiency and product reliability.• Provide technical expertise to sales, manufacturing, and vendors, resolving NCRs, deviations, and other design challenges.• Develop product manuals, design files, and technical calculations for both existing and newly developed products.• Support bid stages by reviewing project specifications, preparing quote drawings, and advising the Applications Engineering team.• Maintain precise design documentation aligned with quality standards, meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.• Facilitate smooth manufacturing operations by troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and supporting new product introductions.
