As an Estates Surveyor at Morrisons, I manage a diverse portfolio across the UK, tackling a wide range of estate issues and transactions. Since joining in June 2022, I’ve honed my expertise in negotiating leases, rents, and service charges, rent reviews, resolving disputes, and driving property strategies to optimise performance and improve P&L. I work closely with stakeholders to provide expert advice and manage complex estate matters, from general estate manager to more complex related matters. My focus is on balancing financial outcomes with long-term sustainability—maximising property income while supporting Morrisons’ commitment to its communities and the environment.
