At SHG, I define and develop technology road map in line with the organisation strategy and in liaison with the CEO. I steered efforts towards the enhancement of performance and operational efficiency of the The Myriad (Student Housing Brand of SHG) by designing, delivering, and managing the entire IT infrastructure and evaluating overall IT performance, risks, and controls. As a GM - Technologies, I evaluate and implement outsourcing projects, including IT and operations to guarantee seamless work. Leveraging my key expertise, I provide support to the CEO in defining company’s technical vision and directing all company’s technology development. I deliver assistance on overall IT roadmap and ensure timely delivery of IT programmes by adeptly managing and employing the robust IT infrastructure. Additionally, I administer SLA process to confirm proper control and quality of services. I provide technical guidance and support to assist others in embracing positive change as new processes.I also head the ICT infrastructure in all new projects of SHG by ensuring overall budget limits are not breached without compromising on the technology features of the properties and manage the entire projects from design to implementation and handover.
