I lead a sales team at Upciclo, a company that provides innovative waste management and recycling solutions for corporate and municipal clients. With my computer science skills, I help design and implement effective sales strategies, using data analysis, CRM tools, and digital platforms. Since joining Upciclo two months ago, we have closed several large contracts, increasing our revenue and market share, as well as our social impact. We have also improved our customer satisfaction and retention rates, thanks to our collaborative and customer-centric approach. Before Upciclo, I gained valuable experience in customer service, where I was a team lead at Printerpix and an assistant team manager at 56 Secure. I developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I improved the performance and productivity of my team members. I have a B.Com degree in computer science from M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore, where I learned how to apply logical and analytical thinking to various business scenarios.
