Protecting the safety of maintenance personnel and asset users- Providing technical support to understand hazards, legislative requirements and risk control in a maintenance environment. Including electrical safety, chemical processing plant, and automated machinery - Support Industrial Maintenance management in the development, improvement, deployment and effective operation of a robust Safety Management System- Leading a robust safety audit process incorporating contractor management, Go Look See and EHS competence management- Creating and reviewing a framework of safe operating systems and procedures for maintenance personnel- Preparing and delivering effective EHS governance, including the adoption of digital tools to simplify, analyse and share key EHS data- Coordinating EHS improvement plans including environment and sustainability.Liaison with Broughton EHS team on policy, strategy and reporting. Supporting Industrial Means Adaptation workstreams for PS@W- Review and adapt to changes in best practice and industry standards.Promoting an exemplar safety culture.
