   Supportive supervision to ASHAs for effective delivery of inter-personal communications messages on institutional delivery, Exclusive breastfeeding Hygiene and Sanitation, use of IEC.Supportive supervision during Polio round micro planning as well as routine immunization Micoplaning planning. Attend all Block level meetings, like Block weekly review meeting, BTFI, Sector meetings ANM ASHA AWW meetings.Supportive supervision at routine immunization sessions and refusal of family visit mobilize for routine immunization.Monitoring of urban RI sessions status of available hub cutter, observing ANM injection practice, presence of ASHA AWW at sessions site, Headcount survey check, partially used vaccine vials check, available blank MCP cards etc.Providing technical support to increase immunization coverage in high risk populations of urban areas.To Facilitate ASHA training and MM with the help of line manager. Coordination builds up between health departments like CCPM, BCPM, MO, MOIC, ANM, and CCPM, urban RI in charge & ICDS department AWW supervisor block & Block level Administration.Capacity building urban frontline workers for effective implementation immunization program.Support to ASHSAs AWW for their headcount survey updating. Data validation through House to House survey during urban RI sessions, children’s vaccination dates cross checked with RI cards and ASHAs AWW headcount survey booklet.Support to MO, MOIC for missing the RI session due to ANM vacant area, especially support in IMI Planning.Share feedback of RI Monitoring & findings of House to House monitoring Medical officers.Collect Monthly progress reports from ASHAs.Analyses of Polio Micro plan and support its updating.
