I’m a committed retail professional currently working as a Department Manager Level 2 – Nights at Primark Coventry, where I lead the night operation across all departments. My role involves overseeing replenishment, stock flow, and team performance during overnight shifts — ensuring the store is fully prepared for trading each day.My career in retail began at Tesco, where I progressed from Customer Assistant to Department Manager. There, I developed hands-on experience in managing teams, delivering operational targets, and maintaining high retail standards in a busy store environment. I later joined Field Sales Solutions, working in partnership with brands like Ferrero, where I gained valuable field sales experience, honed my communication skills, and consistently met performance goals in independent territory management.Across every role, I’ve been known for leading by example, staying calm under pressure, and creating a collaborative team culture. I’m passionate about operational efficiency, high merchandising standards, and making sure customers have a great experience — whether I’m working on the shop floor or behind the scenes at night.My long-term goal is to grow within Primark by taking on more responsibility, continuing to build high-performing teams, and ultimately progressing into senior store leadership. I’m focused on developing myself professionally and contributing to Primark’s ongoing success through dedication, consistency, and a results-driven mindset.
