At Al Ansari Forex (Formerly BFC Forex), I head the Legal and Secretarial Department of the Company. I handle all secretarial related matters of the Company as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder. I also head the Legal team of the Company and help in drafting and vetting of various types of Agreements, letters, notices etc. Through my legal knowledge, I also assist the Company in removing liens marked by Law Enforcement Agencies on the Company’s various bank accounts. I handle onboarding of cross-border counterparties. I co-ordinate with various Internal Departments and external stakeholders on a regular basis acting in the best interest of the Company.
