Over the past 16 years, I’ve held diverse roles within a leading Turkish company, gaining extensive experience in both manufacturing operations and large-scale industrial projects across Turkey, Greece, and the United Kingdom — with total project value exceeding $1.5 billion. I currently lead procurement department at Shotton Mill/ UK, bringing deep expertise in contract management, strategic sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder / supplier engagement and team leadership.I have a proven track record of working with diverse teams and cultivating a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
