A Lecturer & Module Lead at Plymouth Marjon University via LAAT, I also am a researcher and professional development trainer with an MSc in Management with HRM (Merit) from the University of Huddersfield, UK. My academic interests lie at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Resource Management, with a focus on how emerging technologies are reshaping work, leadership, decision-making, and business performance.My MSc dissertation investigated the role of AI text generators in employee training, and I am now seeking a fully funded PhD opportunity in the UK to expand my research.
