Applying Design of Experiments (DoE) in formulation development and customer processes, aligned with FDA’s Quality by Design (QbD) requirements.* Strong understanding of scale-up factors across different equipment, troubleshooting challenges during scale-up, and successful technology transfer from lab to commercial scale.* Experience in pre-formulation studies, lab-scale development, pilot-scale trials, and technology transfer.* Skilled in Cleaning Validation, Process Validation, and familiar with Regulatory & SUPAC guidelines.* Hands-on experience with:High Shear Mixers (HSM), Fluid Bed Processors (FBP), Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD),Blenders, Tablet Compression & Coating Machines, and Capsule Filling Machines.* Knowledge of process optimization and defining critical process parameters for oral solid dosage forms (immediate and extended-release).* Responsible for scale-up execution, process optimization trials, and product transfer at customer sites.* Conducting on-site and lab trials at GEA test centers, preparing detailed technical reports for placebo runs, optimization, and lab studies.* Customer training & education on pharmaceutical processes and technical support for sales & project teams, including P & ID review and URS preparation.* Collaborative experience with multidisciplinary teams (Project, Engineering, CTC) to troubleshoot processes, optimize formulations, and ensure successful product outcomes.* Maintaining a technical database for trials, process optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
