Following my involvement with the Node4 group, I was invited to establish and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO), tasked with unifying legacy and acquired businesses through cohesive People, Process, and Platform strategies. Operating with a lean team, I drove cross-functional initiatives to embed acquisitions into the Node4 ecosystem while safeguarding cultural values and organisational standards. My role, reporting to the Board, required extensive collaboration with senior stakeholders and internal functions across a diverse portfolio of organisations, ensuring alignment and engagement at all levels.Major Highlights:• Integration Strategy – Developed a comprehensive, repeatable integration framework to support future acquisitions• PMO Alignment – Supporting the Standardisation of project methodologies and fostered a unified PMO and delivery community across the group• Microsoft Project Operations – Strategic leadership of the groupwide implementation to enhance delivery visibility and control• Client Data Strategy – Supported the definition and initiation of a unified approach to client data management and governance• Platform Optimisation – Advised on strategic enhancements to Internal platforms, improving performance and business insight• Executive Engagement – Advised board members on internal communication, change management, and strategic messaging• IMO Forum – Established a feedback channel for employee engagement, enabling transparency and inclusive innovation
