About Robin Harwick
I founded The Pearl Remote Democratic High School, an online school dedicated to creating democratic, culturally responsive learning environments for strategically marginalized students. We’re currently enrolling students and seeking donors who want to support young people in developing the critical thinking, creativity, and confidence they need to create a just and equitable society. In addition to my work with The Pearl, I provide consulting, facilitation, and training services focused on creating healthy families and communities. With over 20 years of experience, my key areas of expertise include Study Design, Program Development & Management, Fidelity of Implementation, Training and Professional Development, DEI Initiatives, Program Evaluation, Indigenous Evaluation Frameworks, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Instructional Design, and Trauma-Informed Leadership.I intentionally limit my consulting to two to three clients at a time to ensure focused, personalized support. Sliding scale fees are available to grassroots, mission-aligned organizations and tribal communities. I am authorized to work in the United States and Mexico, enabling me to serve diverse communities across borders. If you’re interested in enrolling at The Pearl, supporting our mission, or partnering on a consulting project, please reach out—I’d love to connect!I look forward to meeting you!
