Leading a service portfolio of Amazon WorkDocs (a secure document storage and collaboration platform), S3 Storage Browser, and End User Messaging (EUM) Protect. Amazon WorkDocs is a highly scalable service, hosted in multiple AWS regions, accessible via Web, Native, and Mobile (iOS and Android) clients, serving business users for more than 50K sites with 20 billion plus documents. Defined and Delivered highly scalable End User Messaging fraud detection solution to process more than 100 million messages per day, with a real time detection of malicious messages using Kinesis Analytics (Apache Flink) data pipeline; and reporting via custom dashboards and CloudWatch. Defined and delivered bulk email template and attachment improvements for Simple Email Service, handling billions of messages per month. These improvements were key to multi million-dollar strategic partnership with OEM customers.Defined and delivered solutions for high-volume streaming, big-data analytics, and fleet observability.
