Work with senior staff to Install and program control panels and all other equipment for fire alarm systems to meet the OBC and OFC with the guidance of building plans for electrical layouts.• Learning from senior staff Install all wiring to connect system components, complying with all applicable safety standards and with customer’s concerns or preferences.• Inspect and test systems to ensure all components are performing well and comply with safety standard.• Identify and repair malfunctions in system components or wiring, including ordering and installing replacement parts as necessary to meet standards.• Compose and submit documentation and reports for each installation or repair visit, complying with company’s standard operating procedures.• Installation and Inspection of fire alarm systems, fire warning systems, emergency lighting, exit lighting and other life safety systems.• Troubleshooting and repairing service issues on all life safety systems• Communicate with customers, staff members, and management to ensure company goals are being achieved.• Show customers how to use alarm system, discuss any questions or concerns and ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service they receive.• To provide 24/7 after hours on-call service, on a rotating basis, in accordance with our on-call schedule• Helping in the office/warehouse.
