Established Business of Hope, an apprenticeship program that teaches marketable trade skills with over 100 students in Tailoring Apprenticeships. Cultivate and manage fundraising partnerships with institutional partners through networking and relationship building, increasing partner funding from 20% to 60% of annual budget. Build individual donations through social media platforms and networking. Achieved 100% funded budget within one year through institutional and individual donations. Improve web design and donor payment integrations. Engage in short and long term strategic planning with community partners and other stakeholders.
