   Oversee several exempt leaders along with over 150+ associates. Oversee the day to day operation and ensure task and deadlines are met. Involved with numerous projects to help improve process improvement, while managing cost. Increased palletize percent by 26% across all shifts by implementing new standard work and creating several audits to push rates. I decreased SS recirc by 71% on my shift by rolling out a new staffing assignment, which was later adopted by all shifts across the dock. I decreased FS recirc by 27% on his shift by training new PA and developing backups to help strengthen the team. Implemented new training for new AM’s on the ship dock. I rolled out DP (directed palletize) across all shifts and increased overall utilization by 38% in as few as six weeks. I helped the overall ship dock become number one in the network in Y sorter recirc, number 3 in the network in FS recirc, and number 8 in the network in SS recirc. I increased overall dock rate by 16% across all shifts by teaching AM’s to be frugal and do more with less associates. I was the productivity PPO owner and responsible for implementing new ideas that helped decrease SS recirc, FS recirc, and Y-sorter recirc. Along with increasing palletize rate, water spider JPH, and pallet loader JPH.
