About Harvey McGuinness
I am a law student and policy advocate currently studying at Georgetown University. Current legal research is focused on international human rights law, technology law, and the right to privacy. Recent computational social science research topics include adapting generative agents to social systems modeling, the role of artificial intelligence in autocratic regimes, and information sharing in democratic systems. Previous peer-reviewed work has been published in The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, while my policy proposals have been implemented by both regional and national governments.
