As a Recruitment Consultant for MCS Group, I specialise in supporting senior finance professionals further their careers. I work with incredible industry based NI clients from start-ups, SME’s to large multi-national corporations to help find the right talent to meet their strategic objectives. To put it simply, I work with organisations to help build incredible teams.I take the time to understand the clients I work with and the skills and capabilities they are searching for. It’s important to find out more than a job spec, I am passionate about figuring out my clients values, the organisational culture and long-term vision so I feel confident in representing them authentically and finding the right talent to help them continue to grow and succeed. Skimming CV’s will never get me to the crux of what makes a person unique. I take the time to understand the candidates I work with, what motivates them and makes them tick; the kind of culture individuals need to thrive and develop professionally; making sense of any complex capabilities and truly understanding what people can bring to a team; ultimately, I want to know where my candidates aspire to be. My job is to be part of that journey, the stepping stone to get there. Short term gain is not my focus, I\'m more about longevity and best fit.
