I am an experienced trilingual power professional, embracing change and having 14 years of experience in the energy sector. I work to engage and promote best practices to achieve sustainable and efficient working for company\'s operations. The success of Digitization of 5S that has been implemented as a pilot project is an example of one such effective collaboration. This approach has given an uncluttered way to various departments of the organization to enhance sustainable practices. I have been in strategy and planning to promote and launch the best sustainable practices by improving energy efficiency of the process, and introduction of new and renewable energy resources for the system. Before coming to business excellence, I worked in fossil fuel based coal fired thermal power plant and gas based power plant. I have an excellent understanding of both (i) commercial aspects such as tariff calculations, billings, liaising with government agencies and distribution companies etc. and (ii) O&M practices- energy efficiency, operations etc of coal based and gas based power plant.My work experience blended with my education in Clean Energy engineering provides a great platform and helps to build innovative strategies and plans to develop carbon neutral business practices. I foresee sustainability that builds brands with purpose rather than a simple business practice.Outside of work I enjoy nature and love to escape to the mountains for some hiking and sightseeing. My life is always active and dynamic be it something like travelling to new places, trying out a new recipe, or an invigorating workout/dance/yoga or a meditation session to get the day started right! These are some of the powerful tools for me to reduce stress, improve concentration, foster inner peace and improve overall wellbeing
