ABOUT HARSITA BHARALI

I am a recently graduated MSc Organisational Psychology professional with a strong interest in people insights, employee experience and positive workplace culture. I am particularly motivated by understanding how data and psychological science can be used to improve employee engagement, inclusion and organisational decision-making. Through my academic training and applied experience, I have developed strengths in people analytics, workforce insight, continuous listening and employee journey analysis. I enjoy translating complex workforce data into clear, evidence-based insights that help leaders better understand employee sentiment, identify moments that matter and design more effective people practices. Alongside my analytical skillset, I am passionate about contributing to healthy, inclusive and engaging workplace cultures. I value evidence-based practice, curiosity and collaboration, and I am especially interested in roles across People Insights, Employee Experience, HR Analytics and Organisational Development. I am keen to continue learning and to apply my skills in roles where insight, empathy and data come together to create meaningful impact for both employees and organisations.
