Hi, I’m Harsh Waghela. Even before starting my current role in STEM and robotics, I was already drawn to the world of data. I explored data analysis through multiple projects, several professional courses, and a hands-on internship where I learned how to work with real datasets and translate them into meaningful insights.Coming from a technical background, I’ve always enjoyed solving problems, paying attention to details, and making sense of complex challenges. That same curiosity now guides my transition into data analytics. Today, I’m strengthening my skills in Power BI, Python, and SQL, and applying them across personal projects while working toward a full-time data role.I’m excited about using data to understand patterns, support decisions, and create practical impact.    Aug 2024 — Present · Mumbai, IN

   I began my journey at Omotec as a STEM Trainer and was quickly promoted to Lead Trainer at Swadhyay Bhavan School, where I manage STEM programs and guide students across multiple grades.I played a key role in Codeavour 6.0, an international AI, coding, and robotics competition. I mentored one senior-category team in Track 1 and three teams in Track 2, where students work on advanced robotics and AI projects.Both tracks qualified for nationals, Track 2 secured 2nd place at the National level, and Achieved 2nd place at the International level.I also served as the Track 2 Content Development Lead, developing and reviewing curriculum and robotics modules, including advanced line-following challenges.Alongside Codeavour, I mentor a Future Innovators team for WRO (Aditya Birla World Academy), currently working on UniPod – School in a Box, an AI-powered compact learning solution.I additionally coach a team for Meshmerize at IIT Bombay Techfest, supporting them in technical development and problem-solving for the competition.At Omotec, I contribute to educational content development across programs such as Autobot, Electrokraft, Robokraft, Makerkraft, AutoKraft, and Raspberry Pi–based modules, ensuring students receive high-quality and industry-relevant STEM learning experiences.
